Chili Con Queso Dip

1 Pound(s) Velveeta American cheese
1 Pound(s) cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup(s) white onion
2 Tablespoon(s) butter
2 Tablespoon(s) green chili
1 Cup(s) chopped tomato
1 Clove(s) garlic
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Cup(s) water
2 Teaspoon(s) flour

Saute onions in a little butter. Add the 2 tablespoons butter, chili
peppers, tomatoes and water and simmer 15 minutes. Blend flour and a
little water and add with cheese. Keep warm and serve with taco
chips.

    Made with 1 10oz can of Rotel tomatoes and chilis original instead of the tomatoes and chilis as listed. Used the entire can, juice and all. Still needed the 1 cup water. Might be easier to put the flour in with the 1 cup of water instead of making a pasted with a tiny bit of water.
