This site is a repository of recipes that I have collected over the years and is simply a place for me to store them for my own use. Whenever possible the original source for the recipe has been listed, however sometimes this just isn't possible. It is not my intent to claim any of these recipes as my own. Never Fail Fudge

Posted on April 5, 2012

12 Ounce(s) evaporated milk
1/4 Pound(s) butter
4 Cup(s) sugar
12 Ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Cup(s) marshmallows

Bring the evaporated milk, butter and sugar to a rolling boil. Boil
for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and fold in the
chocolate chips and marshmallows. Stir until blended. Add nuts if
desired. Pour into pan and cool until ready to slice into squares.
For peanut butter fudge omit the chocolate chips and add 1 cup peanut
butter.

Stanley White was a student of Pam Belloni’s in West Jefferson, OH. The recipe came from his mother.
