I cut up the chicken into cubes. Would probably just use chicken tenders next time. I needed to cook it about 45 minutes before the chicken in the middle was reading 165, other than that, it was very good. I used 12oz vegetables instead of 16 and it felt like enough. The girls didn’t really care for it.
