Mary Ann’s Ham Balls

¾ pound smoked ham
¾ pound fresh lean pork
1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
½ cup vinegar
1½ cup water

Mix meat mixture together. Shape into 6 or 7 balls for individual servings. In a saucepan, mix brown sugar and mustard together. Add vinegar and water. Bring to a boil. Pour over balls and bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 350°.
