Pepperoni Bread

3 1/2 Cup(s) flour
1/4 Cup(s) sugar
2 egg
1 Package(s) active dry yeast
1 Cup(s) water
2 Tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
1 Package(s) pepperoni
1 Package(s) provolone cheese

Mix flour, sugar, 1 egg, yeast, water, and oil into dough and do not allow it to raise. Divide the dough into 2
parts. Roll out thin and brush with beaten egg. Layer provolone or cheese slices on dough. Layer pepperoni on top. Roll up and
lay on cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick spray with
seam side down. Bake in 350 F – 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes. Let
cool slightly and thinly slice.
