Toll House Pie

Posted on April 5, 2012

1 unbaked 9″ pie shell
2 large egg
1/2 Cup(s) all purpose flour
1/2 Cup(s) sugar
1/2 Cup(s) packed brown sugar
3/4 Cup(s) softened butter
1 Cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Cup(s) chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325 F
Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. Beat in
flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in
morsels and nuts. Spoon into pie shell.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside
edge and center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

If using frozen pie shell, use deep-dish style, thaw completely.
