Spinach Pumpernickle

10 Ounce(s) Chopped spinach
1 Package(s) Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 Large container sour cream
1 1/2 Cup(s) Mayonaise
2 Cup(s) Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup(s) Onion cut fine
1 Round loaf of pumpernickle

Cut out inside of pumpernickle and fill with dip mixture.
