Applebee’s Honey Pepper Steak

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Choice of beer
2 oz Olive oil
2 T Fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T Soy sauce
2 t Chopped garlic
2 t Thyme
2 t Cracked black pepper
2 t Honey

STEPS:
Mix all ingredients together.

Pour over 4 steaks and cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum prior to cooking. Maximum 6 hours.

Cook steak until desired doneness and serve

    Made with round steaks, so the meat wasn’t the best but the taste was good. Marinated almost 30 hours with no discernible issue even though the recipe said not to go over 6 hours. Used beef both instead of beer.
